Warwick University Campus Eats Terms and Conditions
- Our service
We are the University of Warwick acting through Campus Eats. Campus Eats service is provided by University of Warwick. The Campus Eats customers, based on campus, once they have completed their registration, will have access to pay for food online and will be able to utilise the Click & Collect & Delivery on Campus service. Campus Eat customers, who do not reside on campus will only have access to Click & Collect service offered by Campus Eats.

- Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions form the written agreement between you as the “Customer” and the University of Warwick for the sale and delivery of your order using our above service. We are the University of Warwick acting through Campus Eats. Our administrative offices are situated at the University House, Kirby Corner Road, Coventry. CV4 8UW.
These are the terms and conditions on which we will supply to you the items mentioned Campus Eats website.
You must reside in the UK and be aged 18 or over to participate in Campus Eat services and access the features described above.
By placing an order through our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Where you do not agree or accept these terms and conditions please do not place an order.

- Delivery:
We will undertake all reasonable measures for a timely delivery to agreed University campus addresses. Unfortunately, things may not always go as planned due to factors outside of our control. Where, without limitation, due to bad weather conditions or traffic we are unable to deliver the product as agreed, we will refund all monies received. We do not accept any liability for any consequential losses suffered as a result of our inability to deliver the product due to reasons beyond our control
- Ordering:
Online Order: You may only place an order if you are at least 18 years old. An agreement is entered into between us and you upon a confirmation email sent by us to your email address, as specified on the booking form. In order to provide you with quality service and deliver the product to you, we will collect your name, email address and telephone number. Please ensure that these are correct at the time of your order. We are unable to correct any orders once payment has been processed. To add additional items to your ‘order’, please create a new ‘order’. In case of error, please call the outlet numbers provided on the website, you placed the ‘order’ with, as they may be able to assist. You can only place an ‘order’ for collection on the same day, either for the next available collection time that day or for a time later on the same day you place your order. Next day or further advanced orders are not accepted. If your payment is not authorised, your order will not be processed/sent through to the outlet or fulfilled.
Collection: Where you collect your product, we will enter into a contract when you receive your receipt of purchase.
- Availability:
All products in our menu and advertised in-store are subject to availability.
- Food Allergens
Please note that our products may contain allergen ingredients and may also be exposed to another ingredient that you may be allergic to in preparation. If you have an allergy, we ask that you consider our allergens information before placing your order.
We serve a selection of food prepared onsite and off-site, and our ingredients come from factories that handle other allergens. Whilst we and our ingredients suppliers do take precautions. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergen ingredients due to the risk of cross-contamination.
- Cancellation:
Once an order has been placed, we will start processing your order immediately and you will not be able to cancel the order or receive a refund. If you are not satisfied with the service then please contact the outlet to discuss your concerns at campuseats@warwick.ac.uk.
- Price and Payment
The prices online at the time of placing the order are correct. The prices are subject to change at our sole discretion, although changes will not affect orders already placed (unless due to a technical error). Prices includes VAT.
- Our Liability:
Our total liability to you is limited to the total value stated on the order booking form.
Nothing under these terms and conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury arising as a consequence of our negligence.
- Data Protection:
We will process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any relevant replacement/subsequent European and/or UK privacy legislation, for the purposes of performing our obligations when providing our services.

- Feedback procedure:
All feedback regarding any aspect of the local services should be directed to the manager of the particular unit/area. For online orders and Click & Collect service please email the team on campuseats@warwick.ac.uk
- Variation of these terms and conditions:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes we make to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website or a copy can be requested by emailing us. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you place your order.
- Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions will be governed by laws of England & Wales. Any dispute or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and condition are made under the laws of England and Wales and are enforceable only in the Courts of England, and accordingly the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
